This is the worst place to work don't care about employees at all .They will rip you off the first chance they get.Don't pay for nothing out of your pocket takes forever to get reimbursed from this company but if you owe them two cents they are quick to collect. Best advice stay away .Company full of liars who speak with a fork tongue.

Ouch! We know everyone says that they take these comments seriously, but we really, really do! We are surprised by your reimbursement comment. Our corporate office is extremely proud of how quickly and efficiently approved expenses are paid back to employees. So, naturally we would like to know more about your experience. We hope that you will reach out to us by emailing hr@generalparts.com and let us know an appropriate time to contact you. Thank you for your review.

Pros

The only truly positive aspect of the job was working alongside the technicians.

Cons

Working at this company was a frustrating experience due to poor management. Favoritism was a constant issue, with certain employees receiving preferential treatment while others were set up for failure. Expectations were often unrealistic, and if task couldn't be completed under unreasonable conditions, employees were unfairly punished. Rather than managing effectively, leadership frequently shifted their own responsibilities onto others. If you weren't in the manager's good graces, you could expect to be treated unfairly. Despite corporate being aware of these issues, little to no action has taken to improve the work environment. If you're looking for a workplace with fair leadership and a supportive culture, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
