      Pros

      Not much. it's a job and that's about it. My employees are great. Shop is good size.

      Cons

      Gerber process is horrible. Repair times are horribly low. Double sheeting. Hard to make money as tech. Gerber doesn't care about employee only dollar bill. Upper management doesn't have a clue about how to run a successful professional body shop. Just a bunch of bean counters.

      Paycheck comes every week. If you have the right mix of people your location can be a family

      Cons

      Excessive meetings. Promotions and hiring are based on mainly friends of the market managers and beyond.
