Pros

If you are a hard worker, care about your job and put in the effort, they will notice. There is so much potential at this company to move up and advance, it's up to you to make it happen and stand out.

Cons

I can't tell you one thing that is bad about this company as long as you are doing your best and care, then you will be taken care of.

Pros

Not much. it's a job and that's about it. My employees are great. Shop is good size.

Cons

Gerber process is horrible. Repair times are horribly low. Double sheeting. Hard to make money as tech. Gerber doesn't care about employee only dollar bill. Upper management doesn't have a clue about how to run a successful professional body shop. Just a bunch of bean counters.

Pros

They will allow you to work all day and night Monday-Sunday if you wish. So you could make some money. But this could be a problem what if something happens while working in the shop alone for example a fire , vehicle Falling off jack, mutiple dangers that come with this field of work.

Cons

Estimators have commission only based pay so if there is a disaster such as hail storm which is subleted work PDR(paintless dent removal) it will lower gross profit % bringing commision way down. This company treats employees like they are nothing to them. Especially upper managment. One of my fellow employees was fired because they lowered his pay without notice he was not happy about this. So the they just fired him. No questions asked. He was a hard worker showed up early stayed late. No recognition. Shops are very dirty, bathrooms are disgusting, and equipment is out of date or poorly maintained. I would go home on my lunch break just to use the bathroom. Bathroom stalls had no doors on them because managment felt the need to remove them.
