Pros

The original work from home culture at Goodway is unmatched from other places I've worked/heard of in advertising. The pay is competitive, the training and growth is ahead of the curve and the overall support and transparency is refreshing and genuine.

Cons

If you really want more in-person opportunities, there are each year! However, if you need more than a couple, this may not be the company for you. There is a fair amount of change, though leadership takes all employees feedback very seriously and tries to ensure that change is sustainable and best for the employees, as well as the clientele.

-Fully remote work environment offers great flexibility and work-life balance -Unlimited PTO policy provides autonomy over time off -Clients feel like true partners, making the work more engaging and meaningful -Collaborative and supportive coworkers -Recent organizational changes have increased my optimism about the company’s future direction, despite some expected growing pains

Cons

-Layoffs have negatively impacted some team morale and culture -Ongoing role ambiguity, with some employees still seeking clarity in their responsibilities -Could improve on communication and training around recent changes
