-Impossible KPI targets (probably to lower your chances at a bonus)
-Higher ups could care less about drivers and local operations. Will have you raise pay company wide for drivers to 17+ an hr, and suddenly back down to minimum wage because their forecasting is garbage.
- ZERO communication between Operations and Forecasting, or Operations and Marketing. So expect a 5 minute heads up on any marketing promotions that will drive your sales up by 30%, but screw you if your DTs are over 40 mins right? Or chew you out if cost exceeds goal by .3 cents because your local teams did an awesome job at calling in for help at the latest notice...
Quick advancement opportunity but only because the turn-over rate is high. They will use the excuse of "were a startup, and startups come with growing pains" to pay you less, or to relocate you halfway across the country without accommodating you.
They will promise you a high-ranking position, actually make you do the work and not pay you because they're "working out kinks to the hiring pipeline"
^ Take this from someone who resigned and not someone who wrote an angry review due to termination.
