Pros
Let me start first by saying that I believe this company has potential. Unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can say. We may review the corner stone values: -Customer is King--Customer is not King unless the customer put enough money in managements pocket -Integrity--There is none, dishonest, untrustworthy, complete lack of respect across all divisions. -Philosophy of sharing--there is no philosophy, your at fault in a negative way no matter the outcome -War Room mentality-- not a chance. this company loses business just as quickly as it gains it--there is no defined strategy --Rewards for Improvement---non existent-- I supplied over 20% growth in sales and hardly maid a dent in my pay check --Everyones Important--this might be the biggest lie of them all. Everyone is not important, you are a number here--management doesnt have enough back bone to fire employees--in turn the make you miserable so you end up quitting Networking Organization-- there is no networking here =--Gordon still operates in a Silo mentality.
Cons
This company makes billions of dollars in revenue year over year. And saves every penny it can. They refuse to catch up with current technology as they find that any major change would be too costly. Meanwhile they have employees working 70 hour work weeks and reaping 0 incentives for doing so. The company culture is "this is food service, these bad things happen , make it work anyway"
