Pros

Outside of what the company calls leadership there are some really talented and great people to work with. Pay is ok. I really wish I could say more good things but not anymore.

Cons

Benefits are horrible. Company does not invest in technology and is very behind the times. Complete focus on moving to an ERP with an expectation this will save the company. New CIO providing no direction with the exception of ERP. IT department is extremely under funded, under staffed, and overloaded with work. Most IT systems are a mess that require 24/7 fire fighting. Leadership fills seats rather than actually leading and does not listen to the people they hire. All the signs are there that the company is on it's way out.

Pros

The only pro is that you get paid every friday. Other than that i have nothing good to say about this company. .

Cons

They do not respect the fact that you are a Driver not a laborer. You get payed component pay not Hourly, but then they screw you by keeping you out there all night & day. The pay for the amont of work that you do is not enough. You CAN'T trust management because they will try not to pay you, an cheat you out EVERY chance they get on your money. You have no life only 10hrs off an right back to work. You will be unloading 600 cases to 1300 cases dolly by dolly, and the loads are always messed up, you have to be digging around like an idiot for 1 box all the time. They rush you and want you to run like an idiot. Over here your not an employee your just another route that needs to get out.. they always want you to do little things for free for them when you don't get payed by the hour. Like returning to a stop when its the warehouses fault or taking pallets off the truck after you been working like a slave 13 to 14 hours all day. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. CDL DRIVERS RUN DONT WORK HERE!!!

Pros

Let me start first by saying that I believe this company has potential. Unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can say. We may review the corner stone values: -Customer is King--Customer is not King unless the customer put enough money in managements pocket -Integrity--There is none, dishonest, untrustworthy, complete lack of respect across all divisions. -Philosophy of sharing--there is no philosophy, your at fault in a negative way no matter the outcome -War Room mentality-- not a chance. this company loses business just as quickly as it gains it--there is no defined strategy --Rewards for Improvement---non existent-- I supplied over 20% growth in sales and hardly maid a dent in my pay check --Everyones Important--this might be the biggest lie of them all. Everyone is not important, you are a number here--management doesnt have enough back bone to fire employees--in turn the make you miserable so you end up quitting Networking Organization-- there is no networking here =--Gordon still operates in a Silo mentality.

Cons

This company makes billions of dollars in revenue year over year. And saves every penny it can. They refuse to catch up with current technology as they find that any major change would be too costly. Meanwhile they have employees working 70 hour work weeks and reaping 0 incentives for doing so. The company culture is "this is food service, these bad things happen , make it work anyway"
