Great small company to work for. You get out what you put in. Great company to advance with. hard work is recognized, the sky is the limit if your willing to put the work in.

None.... There are much worse and harder job out there. You can make it as good or as bad as you want it to be.

Most of the people you’ll work with (sorters, drivers, lower management, fleet, etc) are incredible and some of the hardest working people you’ll ever meet, and they’re worth knowing.

You could show up everyday for work, do well, and get the job done with no issues...but the one time you have an emergency of any kind, the day you call out or have to leave early it’s like everything good you ever did no longer counts/matters. The managers will more than likely overwork you without gratitude. The morale company wide is the worst I’ve seen...but that’s the Granite State Shuttle way.
