      Pros

      You don’t have to deal with management all that much.

      Cons

      The vehicles are never maintained and are a danger to drive. Management is horrible and they’re the owner’s right hand men. The owner doesn’t care, he’s too busy on vacation every other week. No chance for advancement and they treat you terribly. My current manager is doing illegal things (Federally) and even if the owner knew, he’d hide it. Night managers have quit because of how unethical it is there.

      Pros

      Freedom of the road, seeing , meeting different people daily. Great physical workout daily, getting to lsugh and chuckle at the way knuckleheads drive.

      Cons

      Vehicles is poor shape, and management doesnt seem to care. No teamwork, or cooperation at the warehouse. Your expected to give 110% but receive less than 10% in return.
