Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.

Pros

Everybody up to a supervisor level and some managers wants to help your growth. For Orlando the rate of pay is decent cause they pay the cost of living based in Quincy, MA

Cons

The NOC department during my time there always took a backseat as the ugly redheaded stepchild. Towards the end of my employment the HR team was passing policies other teammates described as "hostile" while the CEO of our company visited our office multiple times but not once stopped by the NOC floor. Also during my time there I don't think we ever had any solidified processes or SOPs with multiple reps constantly asking what a path to progress for promotion would look like.
