The behavior described in this report is contradictory to the uncompromising principles which are guided by Grant Thornton’s CLEARR values and Code of Conduct. Our Code of Conduct and CLEARR values govern all aspects of our business practices, behaviors and relationships within and outside the firm. Moreover, Grant Thornton makes every effort to foster an environment in which people feel safe to report perceived violations without the fear of retaliation or retribution.
Grant Thornton also strives to provide a work environment in which employees can perform their jobs in a respectful workplace under acceptable working conditions. Grant Thornton has a comprehensive Alcohol and Drug Free Workplace policy. The Firm believes illegal drugs and the abuse of alcohol have no place in the workplace, therefore, prohibits unlawful possession, use, or distribution of illicit drugs and alcohol by its personnel.
