Offshore Technical Resources: * Majority of technical staff is offshore, often unavailable during production incidents. Executive Leadership and Company Direction: * CEO decisions lack consistency: switching between a traditional grocery model and a treasure-hunt experience. * A large number of new executives who lack deep business knowledge.
