Pros

Co Workers are some of the best people I have worked with

Cons

Leadership is incredibly narcissistic and demands an almost cult like devotion to their specific desires, which change whenever the wind blows. They shove their religion down everyone's throat, expect everyone to memorize their company values and recite them at the drop of a hat or else be chastised. They preach the company is a family and fire people with little to no reason. They often gloat on how much overtime they can get their unpaid interns to work, while bragging about taking the company jet to places around the country to go gamble.

Pros

The support team is made up of laid-back, easygoing people, and the managers are approachable, supportive, and rarely micromanage. They’re usually available online, so you’re never left to handle tough issues alone. The environment is relaxed and you don’t have to wear a uniform. The office setup includes standing desks and dual monitors, which is standard for tech but still appreciated. The schedule runs on four 10-hour shifts in a 24/7 format which some team members enjoyed, and management made improvements by adding a third shift to replace the older overnight on-call system. PTO is offered in place of holidays, giving some flexibility to take time off when needed.

Cons

The pay is significantly below market—roughly $15–20k under similar technical support roles which felt a bit ironic considering the company’s focus on being “the best for support.” Career progression from the support team is limited, and promotions into other departments are rare. The 24/7 schedule can make work-life balance challenging, especially with no designated holidays, since all time off has to come from PTO. Another major downside is that the support building is located separately from the main company headquarters, making the team feel somewhat isolated from the rest of the organization. This physical separation, combined with the constant need to stay online taking calls, often left the team out of company events that other departments could attend.
