They’re usually available online, so you’re never left to handle tough issues alone. The environment is relaxed and you don’t have to wear a uniform. The office setup includes standing desks and dual monitors, which is standard for tech but still appreciated. The schedule runs on four 10-hour shifts in a 24/7 format which some team members enjoyed, and management made improvements by adding a third shift to replace the older overnight on-call system. PTO is offered in place of holidays, giving some flexibility to take time off when needed.
