Pays okay after certification (would recommend getting before applying that way you can request higher pay from the start) Allows overtime when short staffed so picking up shifts at other locations Benefits are great except after 1 year of employment

0 ethics. They will cater to people who are getting their pills to sell which there were so many and it would be so obvious that’s what they’re getting for. I worked at another pharmacy as well and we did not fill specific colors or manufactures they’d request unless requested by the doctor with a reason so the types of customers you deal with are entitled, rude and demanding, will blame you for not having done your job right even though it’s illegal to do what they’re wanting. System is so inefficient for finding profiles and scripts and for the POS.
