Pros

Good pay and benefits. For those who like political cultures, this place fits.

Cons

Site leadership team defaults to using fear, bullying, and PIPs to push out neurodivergent engineers on multiple occasions. Managers are expected to be individual contributors first, and managers second, which results in minimal guidance, unspoken/unwritten expectations (Job Descriptions are general and subjective, but used as the rule to justify punishment), and extreme stress at all levels of the organization. Manufacturing team is green, but expects expert level performance from new hires. Manufacturing leadership often conflicts with their own plans, are slow to respond, and point fingers instead of hold themselves accountable. Quality team keeps losing good engineers, and their current direction (intentional or not) is NOT to back fill the positions. Product Development does not have new business, so opportunities there are shrinking. I would expect layoffs shortly in 2025.

Pros

Great pay, benefits, company events, and people. I really believed in the leadership and continue to follow them. Many parts of me wishes I still worked there (moved away from office for other reasons). Fun company to keep track of - Helen Torley has a great vision for the future and leads the company well.

Cons

I wasn't allowed to leave this blank - no remote work offered long-term.

Pros

The benefits are good, especially the medical. The company appears to be doing well with their products, and they recently had an acquisition.

Cons

You are expected to always be working, there is no work/life balance. Holidays, weekends, doesn’t matter. You get very little if any recognition for your hard work. There are a select few who are always in good favor, and those people help to criticize others, even if they are not in high level positions themselves. Women are definitely favored in the organization. Some managers don’t take well to questions, suggestions, or criticism. If you are working for one of these managers, just keep your head down and complete assignments without question, or you will be out the door. There is a real fear of the CEO throughout the company. I’ve never experienced anything like it anywhere else I have worked. I’ve not worked for her directly but I have heard of individuals being fired because they didn’t want to work on Sundays and holidays, or did not complete extremely difficult assignments in short timeframes.
