I think the management seemed somewhat disconnected, especially our marketer. She wouldn't tell people about our new modalities or scans, so we wouldn't get doctor's orders for them, and then we would get in trouble for not having enough of the "new scans" on our schedule. I also think the management was so "numbers driven" that sometimes they would lose sight of patient care.
