      Pros

      Free lunch and dinner for all associates. Nice benefits package for salaried managers, and for full time associates. Nice location.

      Cons

      Managers must work a mandatory 9.5 hour day. During peak season (May-September) it is the norm to work 65-80 work weeks as a low salaried employee. No assistance from upper management. Extremely high turnover rate of associates and managers.

      Pros

      Co-workers have a "we're all in this together" mentality so we all make the work environment fun.

      Cons

      -low pay -lack of appreciation for deserving employees -Upper Management quoted as saying a few really offensive things that confirm they don't value employees, especially those who are true assets. -Salaried employees can expect Multiple mandatory extra work days without the compensation of a day off to make up for a completely lost weekend, work 12 days in a row! -Mandatory 9.5 hour work days for salaried employees
