Pros
I've worked at several companies and they all was good companies to work for, Barbour Hendrick Honda has shown me what and how a company takes care of the people that made them great. Whether it's a potential or buying customer Mr. Hendrick has set a standard above the rest that I've had the opportunity to work. The company values their employees with outstanding health care benefits and 401k opportunities. I've met him personally and each time he has shown me how genuine a person he really is and not someone who say one thing and do something totally different. Our GM displays this same concern so it does emulate through the commitment Mr. Hendrick demands of this stores. My 10 years come this January 2027 has taught me so much about how to run a successful business and be the best I can be in the automotive career.
Cons
The company wants everyone in uniform and requires the employee to pay half every year. This is way to often of a cost to some who trying to make ends meet. Every penny counts for some employees to be made accountable to purchase when they can't hardly buy pampers or clothes they want to wear to church. Provide it free or every other year for them to change out. Some employees have shirts still in the box they came in because they have so many that are still in good to excellent condition. Otherwise allow them to sell them on Ebay to recoup their hard earn money.
