      relatively low cost to enter into a franchise

      Cons

      They mean it when it is your business except that you have to report every little step to them. They do not provide adequate support when you struggle. I would not recommend unless you are an experienced franchisee who doesn't mind jumping through hoops.

      Great team, amazing benefits, leadership is transparent they share where the company is financially, goals are measurable actionable and attainable, the team works really well together. I love what I do, I love my team, and I love this company!
