Base, benefits that is about it

Cons

100% work in office. Product doesn't work and real estate agents know. The word is out. The company doesn't care about its employees and will tell you things to get you hired, then say how they want you there and if sales isn't good fit for you we have other areas...but then they'll tell you no we don't and you haven't been here long enough. They charge back every sale and cancel even if it's not an account you sold but is under you so get ready. Top 10 people are successful put of 200...always the same people what are they doing? They say culture but why won't they share what the top people are doing? Don't relocate for this job unless you want to pay the money back3 months after being hired.

Pros

My direct manager, they were the GOAT, and my team.

Cons

Literally everything else, they changed everything every month so you never knew what your commission was, what you were selling (always a pipe dream, just in different flavors), your kpis, or who we’ll be there.
