There are NO pro’s to working here.

One of the most toxic, unprofessional environments I’ve ever worked in. Management regularly belittles employees, uses profanity, and gossips loudly about staff. HR is useless—completely sides with management even when given proof of harassment and retaliation. There’s no structure, no leadership, and the customer service team is rude and impossible to work with. It’s all cliques and power trips—if management doesn’t like you, they’ll find a way to get rid of you. You couldn’t pay me to go back.
