      Pros

      Having a job here, though not enjoyable, I would assume is better than being unemployed.

      Cons

      -Unable to get out of their own way and accomplish anything. -Various poorly placed managers exasperate the already glaring issues -Tend to operate under a 'flavor of the week' mentality. Nothing sticks and consistency is non-existent -Zero transparency in all aspects of the business makes it very difficult to do your job. The problem is they are not organized enough to actually have the numbers you need -Way too hierarchical. Too many layers to get anything done.
