      Pros

      The management team at Hope are amazing people who not only care about recipients but also their employees. I have always experienced a respectful, encouraging and supportive work environment. I enjoy going into the workplace and also love the flexibility of remote in cases of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances. What I love the most about my job is the difference it makes in the lives of those who need that extra support to enrich and enhance their lives. I feel like I am a part of an organization that makes a difference in the world around us. The most enjoyable part of my job is the people that my job bring into my life. I feel blessed in all aspects of my job and the co-workers at all levels that become like friends and family. Hope is truly a unique and wonderful place to work. I am honored.

      Cons

      The hardest part of the job; in which I do not feel is hard at all, is the need to be self-disciplined and self-motivated to do what is necessary and required to complete your job in a timely manner. Others depend on you to do your job so they may do theirs.

      Pros

      Hope has a strong mission and vision, and everyone works hard to achieve it. They offer full benefits (which is impressive for a non-profit!), competitive pay, flexible hours, and good advancement opportunities. I have never and probably will never have as good a manager as I have at Hope. There's a reason I've stayed for over 12 years!

      There are no cons to working at Hope.
