Pros

I really enjoyed working here. The environment is really positive and uplifting. Everyone who comes to work is motivated and is there because they want to be there. The business thrives off of the drive of the employees, and everyone there is really putting their all into their work. The entire office is extremely competitive, which is conducive for hard work and continuous dedication. It's a people helping people business, so even though everyone wants to be the best, every leader will take the time to help out anyone who needs it.

Cons

You must be a hard worker. The team keeps everyone accountable, and if you do not continue to strive to do your best then you will not go far. If you are looking for an easy job to make a set amount every week, then this is not the place for you. When working there, you should have a career goal in mind. The advancement structure is solid, however, and if you continue to work well and hit your goals, you can become a manager fast. The pace that you grow within the company is set by no one but yourself, so you have to really want it to succeed.

Pros

Job was very different from anything else. People are young and it's an interesting inviromemt if you're really outgoing. People are funny and it's fun for the most part.

Cons

There are however a lot of cons with this job. I might be the only one on here that shoots straight, because this job sucked. You will work over 50 hours a week with no base pay, meaning everything you make is from commission selling AT&T uverse door to door, ya it's a door to door sales job in the Jacksonville heat and humidity. It would be cool if the job paid a lot, but most people gross 400-600$ a week which to me wasn't worth it. That's like making 9$ an hour to walk around in the hot summer sun. Let's say it rains all week and you can't go out to the field. Well you're not making a single dime. They will try to spin it and say you can make 2,000$ a week, but that just ain't happening. And you don't make the full amount off commission till you're 3-4 weeks in. I would only keep this job if I had nothing else left. Listen Nora is cool, and management is okay, but Its not a pl
