      Culture, communication & realistic vision are all a part of why I believe this to be one of the best hospitality companies in the bussiness.

      Cons

      Struggles with the economy have lead to difficult decisions, leaving positions open longer than is optimal etc.

      Only Con I have is that we continue to onboard and transition assets rapidly, this is a benefit in many ways but does stress the system and personel.
