      Company was a great place to work initially but since the arrival of the new COO, Richard Jones, it has become cut throat, back stabbing, lacking of any loyalty to great team members and totally focused on the new COO's ambition to become the new CEO.

      Culture, communication & realistic vision are all a part of why I believe this to be one of the best hospitality companies in the bussiness.

      Cons

      Struggles with the economy have lead to difficult decisions, leaving positions open longer than is optimal etc.
