Good salary, good benefits, HHMI doesn't bother you much

Your experience is entirely dependent upon the lab you are in - could be a pro or con. This is true for postdoc roles in general.

This company actually cares for its employees. Pay is equitable. People are wonderful and the work is fulfilling.

The only con is that if you work at a university with an HHMI sponsored lab, it's difficult to adjust. You won't be an employee of that university and access to certain things will be blocked or limited.
