      Pros

      Start with a good amount of vacation days and decent pay for a hourly production job in this area. It’s easy work.

      Cons

      Human resources does not care about you or your family. They will find any and every way to fire you and get someone else in the door for cheaper wage. They do not care about safety AT ALL. They treat you like a child. It is absolutely not how they make it sound at orientation.
