Company works hard to be good to employees. Current teams in my area all full of good hard working people.

Company is growing a lot so it's going through the difficult process of trying to be more organized without losing its ability to respond quickly. Still trying to find the right balance.
No micromanagement, easy going and good leadership with plenty of room to grow if you are dedicated
Cons
its a warehouse so its hot no ac just big fans, people steal stuff but that's just part of being in a warehouse, some people talk to much and wont let you work you might have to tell people to stop talking and let you work nicely.
