      CEO gave me a lot of flexibility. The work load was insane and not like any other hospital here in town. The upside to that is I can handle anything now.

      Poor communication, no accountability, no follow-through, favoritism, sexism, verbal abuse, sexual harassment.

      It's very fast pace and the acuity of the units is always varying. Great training that left me feeling equipped to handle the interesting situations that arise.
