Good pay believe in what I'm doing for the community. Feel like I make a difference for patients. Good kitchen crew.
Cons
99% turnover in 8 years in the kitchen. Now company is reducing our hours .We have more and more work as 2 other departments have shifted responsibilities on us. We have 2 managers neither will cover shifts work weekends or early mornings
We don't get a weekends differential like nursing. If we don't use our PTOS and max out the company takes them back. We can't cash them out either.
