      Management is reactive, rather than proactive. Constantly putting out fires related to short-staffing, high turnover rate. Has huge hiring bonuses, but nothing to encourage loyal employees to stay. Alot of backstabbing from management.

      It's very fast pace and the acuity of the units is always varying. Great training that left me feeling equipped to handle the interesting situations that arise.

      Some of the patients are a little sketchy.
