Ethics? Non-existent. Be prepared to be pressured every second of every hour of every day to shove life insurance policies down the throats of vulnerable senior citizens, whether they need it or not. Work-life balance? A myth, to quote the senior sales manager. This is a job that you will be constantly pressured to work long hours for - full-time is absolutely NOT enough here - and people that sacrifice their entire life outside of work to make sales are constantly paraded around for their work ethic. Like, look at this person who made a sale at 11PM! etc. etc. It's like working in a cult, where every day you have to say the same chants to bless the Kool-Aid and if you don't like the Kool-Aid, why don't you like the Kool-Aid? Let us tell you how awesome the Kool-Aid is while we mentally waterboard you with it until you also agree that the Kool-Aid is the best thing ever. I swear this entire company is run by sociopaths.
