Pros

There was nothing good about working fur Sokstice and there is still nothing nice about working got thud company. Holiday ran these buildings that Solstcevtook over. Holiday dud a fine job. Employees and Residents were family. We loved going to work to our second families. Now residents and employees alike are all leaving , literally.

Cons

No idea on independent living management. No idea on servant leadership concept. No idea on staff mentor ship, support and development. This company has no Value on the basic concept of aging in place and Resident rights. It's a negative environment with poor leadership. This is not a place or company to establish a career with, RUN!

The team cultivated was always amazing to work with and are a great team!

The business office falls 100% short of competence regarding customer service for its employees, residents and especially its consumers.
