Pros

•Lovely team! It was my first job and all of them were so kind and supportive while I was learning. •I learned so much about the body and specific exercises to help with daily aches and pains, as well as strengthening to avoid those!

Cons

•Smaller team, so it’s harder to call in sick if needed. They were very understanding, but I often felt bad knowing that there wouldn’t be anyone to take my place. •There did seem to be a lot of tension with corporate. Because of my lower position I was not affected by this, but our office manager had a lot of issues with them.

Pros

High base salary , remote , some job security based on people always quitting

Cons

Burnout central. Constantly shifting priorities, moving timelines, and unclear expectations create a chaotic environment where it is difficult to succeed sustainably. Leadership within the finance umbrella was disappointing — limited trust, poor support, and a culture where people can feel expendable when private equity pressure intensifies. Compensation and benefits were underwhelming relative to expectations, particularly the 401(k) match, which was far below market and frankly disappointing. There was also a persistent atmosphere of distrust, frequent organizational uncertainty, and seemingly random layoffs that contributed to low morale. Rather than feeling supported, it often felt like self-preservation was the operating model. There are talented people here and meaningful work, but leadership, burnout, and instability significantly outweighed the positives for me.
