Pros

The management and employees were so disorganized that I don't think 90% of the crew knew I was an employee. The break room was usually stocked with snacks.

Cons

Where to even begin? -the managers refused to give me my schedule for over a month and repeatedly lied to me that they don't have a scheduling app when they did and refused to give me a physical copy of my schedule and would just tell me that they would call me to come in for a shift (which they did not do) -no training beyond the mandatory corporate training videos -was not even given a tour of the store and had to teach myself where everything was located -was expected to put products away on the sales floor despite never receiving a tour and never shown where/how to access the scanning tools that show where every product is supposed to go on the sales floor -the other employees were rude to new employees and would either ignore me or be visibly irritated if I asked for help finding where something was supposed to go

Pros

If you like working early morning hours and getting off early in the afternoon (which I do) this is a great part-time job. I was a college student when I worked here so it worked perfectly with my schedule. The pay is pretty decent and the people you work with are friendly.

Cons

Only real downside is that it's retail. You're going to run into some rude customers from time to time. There's always work to do and not enough time given to do it sometimes. But as long as you work hard and managers see that you're trying your best there isn't too much pressure put on you.
