Pros

So far, my experience working here has been wonderful. Coworkers are friendly, and the leadership has the workers interests at the front of their minds. Plus, you get jerky!

Cons

No cons as of now.

Pros

Great place to work with strong business growth, collaborative teams, and opportunities to work on modern technologies across data, analytics, AI, and enterprise platforms. The company encourages innovation and gives employees the ability to make a real impact on the business. Leadership is supportive, teams are approachable, and there is strong cross-functional collaboration between IT and business groups. It’s exciting to be part of an organization that is continuing to evolve its digital and analytics capabilities while maintaining a strong culture and values. Pros: • Collaborative and supportive culture • Opportunities to work on modern technologies and large-scale initiatives • Strong business visibility and impact

Cons

Like any growing organization, priorities can shift quickly, but it also creates opportunities to learn and adapt.

Pros

None to mention at this time.

Cons

The company used to care about their employees by grilling out for them, giving a gift, and showing appreciation. Now it's all about corporate people. Getting awards at awards ceremonies, golf outings, hiring many new high paying positions. The company cringes at giving the people in the trenches who are making them successful any kind of raise. They also make departments short staffed making more work for the remaining team members. The team members just feel like they are not appreciated anymore which makes for a toxic work environment. They also made supervisors hourly and them back to salary. When moving back to salary they said it would be the same as they were making hourly. It wasn't, the differences were a few thousand dollars yearly lower.
