Management can't do performance reviews. I worked under a senior manager who is clueless on how to do a fair objective performance review. Spend less time gossiping in your fellow managers office and spend more time learning how to manage. It's not bad enough that apparently no one here has received a raise in 5 years but we can't even get a fair review and HR is so incompetent that they are useless in the process.
