      Worst employer in Rockland without question

      Pros

      Super low expectations so you won't stress yourself out. If you need a job, anyone can get a job here.

      Cons

      Management can't do performance reviews. I worked under a senior manager who is clueless on how to do a fair objective performance review. Spend less time gossiping in your fellow managers office and spend more time learning how to manage. It's not bad enough that apparently no one here has received a raise in 5 years but we can't even get a fair review and HR is so incompetent that they are useless in the process.

      The children, location, parking availability, some of the consumers and co workers

      Cons

      They don't care about their employees only about making a profit! You can work hard for many years there and still be set up to fail so they can fire you. Low pay, no support, limited time off and if you take your vested time you're made to feel guilty about it, poor training for support staff, the list goes on and on........

      If you are single or have only one child use the insurance to get the most expensive procedures that you can.

      I got a check, some staff really care, chance to work outside, clients appreciate the staffs caring and efforts

      Cons

      Senior management, made to feel guilty about using time off, favoritism, nepotism, low morale, some staff don't give a damn, no raises, unappreciated, no clear structure, burn out, if you are a good worker and you care you will be fired, if you question management or ask question you will be gossiped about and fired.
