Employer that Cares - Server/Waiter Jester Concepts Employee Review

Jester gives a good healthcare benefit to their hourly employees, something I've never received as a server somewhere else. Servers get paid sick leave that accrues based on hours worked. Jester usually throws 2 company-wide parties for their employees per year, which is open bar, food served and fun all around. They recently started giving their hourly employees a personalized gift card that gets an additional $50 credit per month that can be used at any Jester restaurant. OH, and the owners are warm, learn your name and vocalize their appreciation of you.
