We appreciate the opportunity to be made aware of some underlying issues that you have experienced while working for us. We cannot disagree that working as a Shipping Clerk is repetitive. Just recently our Shipping Team (and other warehouse teams and HQ employees) shipped out over 2000 orders in one day!! Processing thousands of orders each week is certainly repetitive, and our leaders strive to create an environment where our employees feel heard, recognized, and rewarded for their efforts.
