-Managment has heavy favoritism all throughout the company - Tech problems constantly -Encouragement of less communication and understanding throughout company, especially by managers -Warehouse vs Main building feels like two desperate company's, creating divide between workers -Repetitive

We are glad you feel satisfied with the pay, the people, the shift availability, and the flexibility to take breaks when needed. We appreciate the opportunity to be made aware of some underlying issues that you have experienced while working for us. We cannot disagree that working as a Shipping Clerk is repetitive. Just recently our Shipping Team (and other warehouse teams and HQ employees) shipped out over 2000 orders in one day!! Processing thousands of orders each week is certainly repetitive, and our leaders strive to create an environment where our employees feel heard, recognized, and rewarded for their efforts. If you are still a current employee we hope to have an opportunity to address the other concerns you mentioned in your rating. As you likely know, Integrity, working as One Team, and striving to Constantly Grow are the core values that drive our business. Your opinion matters and we would love an opportunity to address your concerns.

Pros

Retrieving wild frogs from customers houses and delivering the reptile back into the forest or near by rivers. Searching for infections or diseases that can affect their immune system and writing vitals for our in house veterinarian.

Cons

Uncomfortable interactions with patients because we only take certain pet insurance, and unfortunate discussions about copay as well as not being able to offer discounts in times of financial stress.

Hello and thank you for leaving a 5-star review for Josh's Frogs! We are grateful to receive such an awesome rating from you, however, we believe you may have left this review for the wrong business. Our business is located in Michigan and our facilities are not open to the public. We love the idea of being able to offer a service to Michigan residents where our staff could retrieve wild frogs from customer homes and deliver reptiles back into the forests and nearby rivers, however, it is not something that we currently do. Our facility only provides veterinary care to the animals we keep in-house. Again, thank you for the 5-star rating and the honesty in your review. We hope you can leave this review for the correct business as we believe the feedback would be valuable for any business to receive!
