We are glad you feel satisfied with the pay, the people, the shift availability, and the flexibility to take breaks when needed. We appreciate the opportunity to be made aware of some underlying issues that you have experienced while working for us. We cannot disagree that working as a Shipping Clerk is repetitive. Just recently our Shipping Team (and other warehouse teams and HQ employees) shipped out over 2000 orders in one day!! Processing thousands of orders each week is certainly repetitive, and our leaders strive to create an environment where our employees feel heard, recognized, and rewarded for their efforts. If you are still a current employee we hope to have an opportunity to address the other concerns you mentioned in your rating. As you likely know, Integrity, working as One Team, and striving to Constantly Grow are the core values that drive our business.
