      Pros

      Community, staff, joy factor, common goals, amazing work-life balance, leaders who genuinely care about your WELL being and want you to grow—my dean was incredibly supportive and I still speak to them daily even though I no longer work with them! Many of the leaders (not all) cared about me as a HUMAN!

      Cons

      Incompetent teachers, horrible subs, class sizes, school building was unsanitary, too many AT’s not enough teachers, teacher pairings weren’t always ideal, lack of alignment across all classes

      I guess the diversity but honestly if you didn't speak Spanish or weren't part of the "in" crowd you were seen as not being cooperative and getting aLoNG with the team. You get to see some people with some outdated wigs and some botched BBLs, so there's that. 🤷‍♂️

      doesn't discipline children behavior management of the students is lacking teachers are expected to stay hours after just to get prepared literally pass children that cannot read/write
