Pros
I've spent the last 5 years moving around from job to job. Many of them had been highly reviewed, were fine, but the culture or work got boring after a year. Not the case here. A refreshingly transparent workplace who keeps their word. They genuinely care about making it the best place to work in Austin and about accomplishing the organization's mission.
That might sound like some corporate babble, but it changes the quality of people they high (smart, passionate, fun to be around), which changes the culture (supportive, driven), which changes the types of projects you'll work on (challenging, rewarding).
Cons
Like any business, there are some challenges. Communication across teams, and differing priorities can sometimes cause for the machine to slow down and for frustrating situations to arise. The pettiness of this "con" is a reflection on the quality of the business.
