Pros

There was nothing positive about working at Klein Tools.

Cons

This is the worst run company from an operational standpoint than any other company I have ever worked for. Management does nothing except talk out of both sides of their mouth. Do NOT even consider taking a job in Customer Service or the Credit/Accounting Department. HR does nothing either, so don't bother to escalate anything. It was, by far, the worst experience of my career. Management is ALLOWED to bully you, criticize you, curse at you... all while they do NOTHING and their employees suffer daily. I have never seen employee turnover at such a high rate but it is no surprise why. Once again, HR should recognize this and put two and two together with the many complaints they receive about these Managers and Directors. I saw first hand lying, stealing, and mistreatment of employees from management, things that you don't think exist in the workplace in the modern age we live in. Nothing will change until the dinosaurs retire and they they replace key people in HR. Get a job anywhere else but here. Trust me on this.

Pros

I have been with the company for four years and have had tremendous growth and development. The leadership team is encouraging and invested in your potential! I have seen and experienced first hand how flexible and supportive the leadership team is in personal hardships. I feel truly valued and proud to work for the company!

Cons

The workplace can be very fast-paced and hectic, however this comes with opportunity for growth and advancement.

Pros

The work is challenging exciting and rewarding. Work here is very stable which is extremely rare in this industry.

Cons

Some favored leaders are not held accountable for constant turnover on their team. Most leaders do a great job of avoiding high turnover though.
