      Nurses step up and keep the place running

      Management is horrible and so unprofessional there is more maturity talking to my kids. Stay away from this company!!!!!! They will make you question your morals and no one should have to be in that situation. This company does not value it's employees which is so sad cause many good people have come through here.

      Pros

      I love the Residents and my co -workers .

      Cons

      The Owners and Management do not care about you. They don’t give you extra help or staff. They admit anyone with a pulse so they can get paid monthly. The violent residents are awful.
