      I love the Residents and my co -workers .

      Cons

      The Owners and Management do not care about you. They don’t give you extra help or staff. They admit anyone with a pulse so they can get paid monthly. The violent residents are awful.

      you don't necessarily need any experience to work here, and it allows you to get experience in healthcare. great for people looking to go to school for nursing

      Cons

      very fast paced and physically demanding. constantly understaffed, so expect to be called in frequently and work excessive hours
