      Pros

      Flexible hours, some of the schools were great

      Cons

      Not a lot of support from school staff or mangers. Kids were difficult to handle and would turn violent often and preventative steps were not taken to ensure the teachers safety. Also, schools would have you working multiple classes and grade levels per day despite signing up for one class. Also, there was barely any work available. I would only get 8 hours a week

      Pros

      - Flexible schedule - Good pay considering PT - Depending on the school, a long-term subbing position could lead to a permanent teaching position.

      Cons

      - Inconsistency in available positions. There are weeks where it's busy and weeks where it's slow and it's hard to find work for at least two days.
