      - Flexible schedule - Good pay considering PT - Depending on the school, a long-term subbing position could lead to a permanent teaching position.

      Cons

      - Inconsistency in available positions. There are weeks where it's busy and weeks where it's slow and it's hard to find work for at least two days.

      Communication from Kouka with schools is poor and getting in contact with the company is difficult unless you text! they never asnwer the phone
